Refunds
All sales are final unless products arrive damaged or defective.
if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to request a resolution. Proof of damage (photos) may be required.
We cannot accept returns on products if the vacuum seal has been opened for safety and compliance reasons.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we receive the returned product, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit in your account.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’ll provide the return address upon request.
Shipping
All S.O Distro THCa hemp products are derived from federally legal hemp containing less than ≤0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. All products are third-party lab tested for compliance and purity.
We ship only within jurisdictions where hemp-derived THCa products are permitted under applicable laws. Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with local laws before purchasing. We do not issue refunds for orders seized due to local regulations.
We do not ship internationally.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders shipping to restricted locations
- Refuse shipment at our discretion
As of mid 2026, states where shipping THCa is not recommended include:

Some states also have special circumstances or evolving laws that make shipping legally risky:
- Georgia: Legal status is unclear, and enforcement varies by jurisdiction.
- Tennessee: THCa products are legal for shipment until January 1, 2026, when new legislation takes effect.
- Texas: As of July 2025, THCa shipping is permitted, but new legislation could be introduced at any time.

- All shipments include third-party lab results and documentation verifying legal compliance.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Resolution may take 7–14 business days.
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipping: If an order is cancelled before it has shipped, a full refund will be issued minus a 5% transaction processing fee to cover merchant service charges.
- After Shipping (but before delivery): If an order is cancelled after it has shipped but prior to delivery, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs and a 5% return processing fee.
